Two men lost their lives in separate vehicular accidents over the weekend.
On Sunday morning, 24-year-old Kiel ‘Ravi’ Ali was killed while his friend, Kadesh Singh, 20, was injured during an accident in Freeport.
Ali, of Maingot Street, Calcutta # 2, reportedly crashed his Honda Civic into a concrete wall near RC Enterprises and died on impact.
The exact time of the accident is not known as the crash site was discovered after 4am by a man on his way to work along Mission Road.
Meanwhile, a head-on collision in Valencia on Saturday evening claimed the life of one man and left two others hospitalised.
The victim, identified as 30-year-old Suresh Jagroo of Cumuto Main Road, Coryal was driving his car when he lost control while negotiating a corner and ran into the pathway of a black Toyota Aqua driven by Ray Collymore and a female occupant Coleen Waldron.
Jagroo died at the scene, while Collymore, 41, of Mohan Cres, Chaguanas and Waldron were rushed to the Sangre Grande Hospital.
