The decomposing body of a man was found Sunday morning in Couva,
Reports state that the body was found by a cattle farmer around 1pm, at farming lands at Carolina Village, Couva.
The victim’s feet were tied with a white cord while duct tape covered his face. While he was unidentified, police said there was a scorpion tattooed on his back and he appeared to have been shot on the right side of the head.
The body was clad in black boxers and blue three-quarter pants and the victim was of African descent and about five feet nine inches tall.
