The Ministry of Health says seven thousand, one hundred and seventy-eight persons have recovered from COVID-19.
From March 12th , 2020 to present there have been seven thousand, five hundred and sixty-six positive cases of COVID-19.
In its latest update at four this afternoon, the Ministry said there are thirty-one patients in hospital with the virus.
The Ministry said there were two new positive cases of the virus over the past forty-eight hours.
Of the two new positive cases, none are repatriated persons.
Two hundred and eighteen persons are in home-self isolation, four hundred and three patients are in state quarantine facilities and three patients are in step down facilities.
One hundred and thirty-four persons have died from COVID-19 in Trinidad and Tobago.
