General Secretary of the National Trade Union Centre, Michael Annisette, is suggesting to the government ahead of Monday’s national budget, that ‘job led growth’ is the way to go in these challenging times.
Speaking with News Power Now this afternoon, Mr Annisette said this approach even has the backing of the International Labour Organisation.
