Suicide bomber kills 63 and injures dozens in Kabul

A suicide bomber detonated explosives that ripped through a wedding in Kabul, Afghanistan, early unconfirmed reports indicate that as many as 73 people have been killed and over 180 injured.

Islamic state has claimed responsibility.
