Another Hazardous Seas Alert has been issued by the TT Meteorological Service.
Reports have confirmed occasionally rough sea conditions with wave heights between 2.5m and 3.0m in open waters. Some improvement in sea conditions will be noticed over the next 24 hours, however, conditions are again expected to become rough on Thursday 4th.
All marine Interests should carefully monitor nearshore and offshore sea conditions and exercise extreme caution along affected areas. Heed warnings of lifeguards and other relevant authorities. Meanwhile, with the weather for today, TT will be generally sunny, hazy and at times breezy conditions despite a few brisk showers. Tonight would be mostly hazy with a few brief showers. There is presently a moderate concentration of Saharan Dust in the atmosphere. All sensitive groups should take the necessary precautions!
