The Final Report for Scarborough’s Urban Redevelopment has been approved for public review.
In September, 2022, the Tobago House of Assembly commissioned JMetrix Limited to further develop the conceptual plan presented at the first tranche of public consultations held in February – March 2022.
The Scarborough Urban Redevelopment Project is geared at transforming Scarborough into a functioning modern city, capable of providing both civic and tourism related amenities.
The public can access and review the Executive Summary, Final Report, and findings of listed studies on the Tobago House of Assembly’s website @ https://www.tha.gov.tt/scarborough-urban-redevelopment-project/.
