Speaking on Facebook this week, Founder of the Progressive Democratic Patriots, Watson Duke, says there are areas of the recently held Carnival which needed to be improved.
Mr Duke outlined several challenges.
Mr Duke said there is need for an apology to come from the Tobago Chief Secretary on this development.
