Former International Soca Monarch and Road March winner, Fay-Ann Lyons Alvarez, has been bestowed the keys to the Borough of Point Fortin.
Speaking after being given the award, Mrs. Lyons Alvarez reflected on those who were instrumental in the early part of her career and still continues to rally behind her.
