President General of the Contractors and Workers Trade Union, Ermine De Bique, is seeking details from the management of Lake Asphalt on future plans for the company.
The concern was raised by Ms Debeck while being interviewed on Power 102 Digital on Tuesday afternoon.
Ms Debeck said the union remains focused on this matter.
On September 28th last year the workers protested to highlight issues affecting them.
Ms Debeck said the union is not unreasonable in its demands and is simply requesting information on whether there are plans to bring new operating systems to the company.
