Salami snacks sold at Trader Joe’s linked to salmonella outbreak

Salami snacks sold at Trader Joe’s have now been linked to a salmonella outbreak that has sickened people in multiple states.

Citterio brand Premium Italian-Style Salame Sticks is the culprit behind at least 20 people falling ill in Michigan, Kansas, California, Illinois, Minnesota, New Jersey, Virginia, and New York.

The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention is asking anyone who has purchased them to throw them away immediately.
