Removal As PDP Deputy Political Leader Inconsequential To THA Operations, Says Farley Augustine

Tobago House of Assembly Chief Secretary Farley Augustine has spoken on his removal as deputy political leader of the Progressive Democratic Patriots.

Speaking on radio I95.5FM today, Mr Augustine said that move was inconsequential to the operations of the THA, and as a result, he had chosen not to comment on the issue.

His comments come less than one week after PDP Political Leader Watson Duke, publicly criticised the THA and Augustine’s leadership.

The Chief Secretary revealed that when the decree for his removal was made, he immediately thanked Duke and his executive team via their executive chats and then removed himself.
