After spending a lengthy period in the acting role, Dennis Pulchan has been handed his Instrument of Appointment as Commissioner of Prisons.
The appointment was presented to him on Tuesday by the Service Commissions Department during a brief ceremony.
The newly confirmed Commissioner has stated that he is honoured and humbled to be confirmed in the esteemed position and will continue to serve the citizenry and uphold the mandate of the Trinidad and Tobago Prison Service.
