As of September 2021 five hundred and nine point seven million tax payers’ dollars have been spent by the government on the national Covid-19 response.
Prime Minister, Dr Keith Rowley, made the revelation while delivering an address to the nation last evening.
Dr Rowley insisted the ruling administration has taken every available measure to ensure the population is kept safe against the virus.
However, Dr Rowley admitted the pandemic continues to present serious challenges that most countries all over the world are struggling with even with the help of wide spread vaccination.
