TTUTA says it continues to give feedback to the Ministry of Education but it all seems to be falling on deaf ears.
The Association had a meeting with the Ministry on Monday and articulated concerns with a return to physical schooling by Secondary and Primary school students.
President of the association Antonia De Frietas told News Power Now that while TTUTA understands the need for students to go back to physical school the institutions must be ready for both students and teachers.
Added to this she said teachers must be given the proper mechanisms with which to conduct their jobs professionally.
She insisted the continued use of personal devices and other resources by educators must be addressed as there should be additional compensation for educators for the use of such and the time spent on devices.
