A cabinet reshuffle is not on government’s agenda at this time.
Prime Minister, Dr Keith Rowley, provided the update after being questioned by reporters on the issue at the weekly post cabinet news briefing held at the Diplomatic Centre, St Ann’s on Thursday .
The issue of a cabinet reshuffle was not discussed at this week’s retreat held in Chaguaramas.
Dr Rowley said he gave no signal to anyone there will be a cabinet reshuffle adding he has a great respect for and belief in stability.
The cabinet has been reshuffle twice in the past eight years.
The Prime Minister was also questioned specifically about the performance of the National Security Minister and whether he was pleased with it to which Dr Rowley disclosed discussions took place at the retreat on elements of the portfolio to which Fitzgerald Hinds holds.
