The high wind alert #3 has been discontinued.
The Met Office said while gusty conditions can still accompany showery activity, the potential for winds to gusts in excess of 55km/h has decreased.
Wave heights are forecast to gradually decrease and reach up to 2.0 metres in open waters and less than 1.0 metre in sheltered areas.
However, the population is advised to be vigilant to weather conditions especially in the vicinity showers.
