A man known by the alias “Pencil” was murdered in Arima on Thursday night.
Around 9:00pm, Kevin “Pencil” Lochan was reported to be celebrating his birthday on Punette Avenue in Pinto, Arima when a wagon drove by and shot at him. He died on the scene. “Pencil” is reported to be well known to police.
Investigations are continuing.
