Gov’t to support Vision on a Mission

Speaking at the funeral of Vision on a Mission founder Wayne Chance yesterday, Prime Minister Dr Keith Rowley said the Government will lend its support to the work initiated by Chance.

Chance’s outreach programme Vision on a Mission focused on restorative justice for inmates who left the prison system, and needed to prepare for life outside of the prison walls.

Speaking at the funeral service for Chance on Tuesday in D’Abadie, Dr Rowley said the input of the state will be a reality to the contribution started by Chance.

Chance was interred at Belgrove’s Funeral Home, Tacarigua after the ceremony.

He died while being treated for cancer at the Caura Hospital on his birthday, November 24. He was 47.
