T&T to host Pan American Aquatic Swimming Cup

The Minister of Sport and Community Development, Shamfa Cudjoe, announced this afternoon that Trinidad and Tobago will be the host of the Pan American Age Group Championships at the National Aquatic Centre in Trinidad over the period June 2nd – 5th 2022.

The PanAm Aquatic Swimming Cup is the largest international age group Swimming Championship in the American Continent and is expected to receive over 400 participants representing 49 countries from various federations across the Latin American (South and Central America), Caribbean and North American region.

This comes on the heels of the successful hosting of the ICC Under-19 Championships.

Joining Minister Cudjoe, Randall Mitchell, Minister of Tourism, Culture and the Arts, Jason Williams CEO of SporTT and Ronald Cork, 2nd Vice President of ASATT and Chairman of the upcoming games.
