Izzso News understands that former THA Chief secretary Hochoy Charles has died. Mr. Hochoy Charles served as a Government Senator And Parliamentary Secretary during the 3rd Republican Parliament as a Member of the National Alliance for Reconstruction. Mr. Charles served as Chief Secretary from December 1996 to January 2001. Charles was said to be ill for some time and passed away at about 4:30 Sunday morning.
