Her Excellency, Ms. Paula-Mae Weekes, ORTT, The President, has declared that Divali will be celebrated on Saturday November 14, 2020.
The President in a release dated October 19th said “accordance with the provisions of the Public Holidays and Festivals Act, Chap 19:05, has appointed Saturday 14th November, 20020 as the date of the public holiday in celebration of the festival of Divali.
