Massy Holdings has sold two companies: Massy Technologies (Trinidad) Limited and Massy Technologies (Guyana) Limited.
According to a press release, the company said that pursuant to Section 64(1)(b) of the Trinidad and Tobago Securities Act, 2012, the company sold the two companies to PBS Technology Group on September 30.
It said the buyer, owned by Musson Group, is a long-established company that controls several listed companies in the region.
Although the sale of the business represents a divestment of a small percentage (three percent) of the Massy Group’s total assets, it means that the company has exited the technology and communications business.
