A 24-year-old man was expected to appear before a Couva Magistrates’ Court, on Tuesday, charged with larceny of Telecommunications Services of Trinidad and Tobago (TSTT) cables.

NIKCOSI THOMAS, of Perry Street, Perseverance, Couva, was charged Monday by PC Smith of the Couva Police Station, after being arrested in connection with a report of larceny on August 7th.

According to police reports, at 5.10 am, a group of men were seen removing TSTT cables along Emerald Avenue North Phase 2, Roystonia.
