A woman has been arrested, as police are investigating a video in which a woman was seen kicking a child to the ground.
According to a Guardian Newspaper report, the child who was injured in the incident has been taken for medical treatment.
Officers from the Child Protection Unit detained the woman after gathering information on the video, which is currently circulating online.
The video shows a woman screaming at the child to get up, before picking him up and kicking him down.
A man, who was filming the video, challenged the woman as the child was seen laying curled up on the floor.
According to the article, police said a woman was in custody and the child was safe.
