Former Minister of Finance Karen Nunez Tesheira says the Rowley administration has failed on crime because the government has not dealt the the transhipment of drugs from Venezuela through Trinidad and Tobago. She said the unregulated migration of Venezuelans, including criminals to this country has intensified the situation in the context of gang activity and crime in the country:
