WASA Issues Notice Of Supply Interruption In Parts Of North West Trinidad

The Water and Sewerage Authority is advising customers in parts of North-West Trinidad served by the Tucker Valley Pumping Station that there will be an interruption in their water supply on June 9th between 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.

WASA says this has become necessary in order to carry out emergency mechanical repairs at the facility.

Areas to be affected include:

Along Western Main Road from Teteron Barracks, Chaguaramas, to La Horquette Valley Road, Glencoe, including: Abbe Poujade Street, Haig Street, School Street, L’Anse Mitan, Big Yard, Amowsville, Sanora Park, La Horquette Branch Road, The Park, Gulf View Drive and Glencoe.

The Authority advises that it may take up to 8 hours for the service to normalize to some affected areas following completion of these repairs.
