The recount figures from the elections of the Trinidad and Tobago Unified Teachers Association’s (TTUTA) new President is expected to be released today, although the final figure would not change the result.
Newly-elected President Antonia De Freitas said the final figures will be released by the Elections Commission later on today.
De Freitas said the recount had become necessary since an opponent requested it.
