Minister of Finance Colm Imbert has indicated that TT will have WIFI free nationwide broadband that will be available at all transportation hubs, libraries, hospitals and schools . The country will go from 6 to 50 ICT service centers in Trinidad and Tobago.
25 underserved communities will benefit from free broadband access. Trinidad and Tobago will invest in training personnel for the export of digital goods and services .
A digital services hub will facilitate digital wallets , digital identities and digital commercial centers for creatives.
The national digital identity will facilitate more effective delivery of grants and government services.
