Trinidad and Tobago’s Carifta Games contingent is in Grenada for the prestigious event which starts this weekend.
They left the country on Thursday morning.
The contingent was greeted with celebrations at the Maurice Bishop International Airport.
Eighty-six athletes make up the team.
On April 1st the games will come to an end.
The boys Under -20 5,000m champion, Tafari Waldron and Sanaa Frederick the Girls U20 200 meters holder will be aiming to retain their titles.
