An apology is coming from Minister of Works and Transport, Rohan Sinanan, relating to the cargo vessel, Cabo Star, being out of service due to a fire which started in its engine room recently.
Minister Sinanan in the parliament on Friday said September 17th is the timeline for the vessel to return to commercial operations.
However, this is subjected to the final certification by Class which is out of the control of the Ministry and the Port Authority of Trinidad and Tobago.
