No legal action has been taken by Heritage Company Limited or Paria Fuel Trading with respect to the Commission of Enquiry into the Paria Diving Tragedy.
This update comes from Minister of Energy and Energy Industries, Stuart Young.
During the question and answer period in the parliament on Friday afternoon, Minister Young said the government has not managed in any way how Paria Fuel Trading and Heritage Company Limited are approaching the Commission of Enquiry.
It was revealed a letter was written saying there are allegations of bias and asking the Commissioner for a response.
