The Ministry of Health is reporting six new positive COVID-19 cases over the past forty-eight hours.
In its latest clinical update the ministry says of the six new positive cases, 2 are recently repatriated persons.
It says of the total number of persons tested, 36,607 were done at private facilities.
At present there are thirty –nine patients at hospital with COVID-19.
281 persons are in home self-isolation, 312 at state quarantine facilities and six at step down facilities.
133 persons have since died from COVID-19 in Trinidad Tobago.
