The Trinidad and Tobago Police Service is seeking the urgent assistance of the public in locating 15-year-old Celene Toussaint and 16-year-old Derrell Wharton.
Celene, of Arouca, was last seen around 10:30 pm on July 30th, 2023 and reported missing to the Arouca Police Station on July 31st, 2023.
While DERRELL, also of Arouca, was last seen around 1:10 am on July 31st, 2023 and reported missing to the Arouca Police Station on the same date.
Celene is of African descent, five feet, six inches tall, of slim build and light brown in complexion with braided hair. There is a scar on her left foot.
Derrell is of mixed descent, five feet, eight inches tall, of slim build and brown in complexion. He was last seen wearing a black vest and a black three-quarter-length pair of pants.
