Local Government elections candidate says the issue of safety is of major concern within his constituency

Local Government Elections having been called by the Prime Minister sent all political parties into high gear to get their candidates set and ready for December 2, 2019.

IzzSo Media spoke with PNM candidate for Macoya/Trincity, Josiah Austin who said that he is going into the elections confident as he has always been doing groundwork within the constituency.

Austin said he is confident that he will turn out victorious in 2019 as opposed to 2016.

When asked what specific areas he would like to have done within Macoya/Trincity, Josiah Austin said the issue of security and road repairs is of major concern for residents.
