Prime Minister Dr Keith Rowley will host a media conference at 2pm today at the Diplomatic Centre, St Anns.
A press release issued by the Office of the Prime Minister on Sunday stated that the Prime Minister will be at today’s media briefing by Health Minister Terrence Deyalsingh and National Security Minister Fitzgerald Hinds.
Four days ago, Rowley addressed his first press conference in Tobago following his negative Covid19 test.
At that press briefing, he implemented a number of restrictions, among them the suspension of operations of bars, restaurants and malls until May 23rd.
Many are predicting that today’s press briefing may tackle the issue of street vendors, which saw large crowds over the weekend.
