Coordinator of the Independent Bench, Dr Paul Richards, congratulates Christine Kangaloo on her appointment as President elect.
Dr Richards cited her traits of dignity, respect, patience, temperance and compassion during her stint as Senate President.
The Independent Senator said these traits will also be useful during her tenure as Head of State.
Dr Richards also made mention on the service of outgoing President Paula May Weekes and wished her all the best.
