Police are investigating the report that a 56-year-old man was robbed and beaten in the car park of PriceSmart on Mausica Road yesterday.
According to police around 3:15 pm the man was allegedly accosted by two men, who announced a robbery.
The victim was struck on the head.
The men ransacked his vehicle, however, nothing was taken.
The suspects then escaped in a waiting white Toyota Axio.
It’s unclear if security at the store intervened or if the incident was captured on CCTV cameras.
