Loopholes in T&T Marijuana Law must be addressed says Cannabis Expert

There are several loopholes in the marijuana law which needs to be addressed.

So says cannabis commerce expert Marcus Ramkisson.

Mr Ramkissoon said although the law as it is currently phrased, allows for every adult to own up to 4 cannabis plants, there is a loophole which is currently being exploited by some.

Speakign on Power 102 Digital, he gave a recent example of the loophole being used and explained why it is important that it be addressed.

Mr Ramkissoon said the law is still misunderstood in some spheres.

So much so that related items which are considered illegal under the law are openly being sold in some stores without any enforcement or repercussions
