Fitzgerald Hinds weighs in on border security following death of Venezuelan baby

Minister of National Security Fitzgerald Hinds has weighed in on border security and border management.
He described as horrific the death of a migrant baby during a confrontation between the TT Coast Guard and a vessel carrying Venezuelan migrants attempting to enter Trinidad illegally.
