Ongoing is how Minister of Education, Dr Nyan Gadsby-Dolly, describes the processing of invoices sent to the Ministry by the Public Transport Service Corporation, making payments and resolving queries which may have arisen.
The Education Minister was asked by the Opposition Friday afternoon to inform the House whether the outstanding debt owed to school transport operators has been fully settled.
Dr Gadsby Dolly also confirmed that discussions have started between the Ministry and PTSC to ensure rural areas are properly service in the transportation of students to schools.
