CoP extends Father’s Day greetings

Commissioner of Police, Gary Griffith said that since becoming Commissioner, he has been pleased to witness first-hand the dedication, commitment and compassion of the many Police Officers who are fathers within the Trinidad and Tobago Police Service (TTPS).

In his Father’s Day message, he said:

As I reflect on my encounters with you, the brave men of the TTPS, I take the opportunity to appreciate your daily sacrifices which may at times mean leaving your own family to serve the people of Trinidad and Tobago.

During this ongoing war against the COVID-19 virus, you continue to stand firm and rise to the many challenges that confront you.

At the TTPS we have not been spared from loss and we remember dearly those officers who have departed this life and their families at this time.

This Fathers’ Day, I salute you and thank you for always going above and beyond as you perform your duties.
Let us always be at OUR BEST so that our children can strive to become even BETTER.
