Trinidadian chef, Barry Bartholomew has gotten a major offer and forward from one of the world’s biggest rap stars – Trini native Nicki Minaj visited the island during Carnival and played both Monday and Tuesday mas with Tribe Carnival, alongside Machel Montano and Destra Garcia who partied with the team on Carnival Monday.
Bartholomew who said in an Instagram post that he was contacted to prepare local T&T cuisine for Nicki and her camp from Carnival Monday to Ash Wednesday.
He also said while he was hesitant he took on the challenge with full steam and delivered.
Meanwhile Minaj took to her Instagram stories and tagged Chef Bartholomew, offering him a job in the U.S.
