Head of the Tobago Chamber Martin George says that despite the best efforts of many including himself to try to broker peace between the two major protagonist in the PDP Party they remain committed to a collision course.
He said it is clearly a clash of egos, wills and personalities.
He reiterated previous comments of the devastating effect the situation will have on the sister isle from a business, political and Governance perspective.
George said that it was Augustine who dropped the gauntlet first.
He said despite Augustine’s best efforts it is not business as usual however it’s clear that they have now reached a point of no return.
He said that he hoped the people of Tobago did not suffer because of this situation.
