Flea market vendor gunned down in Chaguanas

A man identified as Mark Harracksingh was shot dead in Chaguanas on Monday night.

Reports state that at around 10:45pm, Harracksingh and his common law wife had just completed sales at the flea market at Centre City Mall, and exited the compound.

On approaching their vehicle, they observed a silver car with three occupants.

One armed assailant exited the vehicle and shot Harracksingh several times.
The assailant then returned to the vehicle and made good his escape.

Police were notified and on arrival, they found Harracksingh unresponsive, lying on his stomach with multiple gunshot wounds in the vicinity of the JMMB Bank, Southern Main Road, Chaguanas.
