Cabinet approves the full proclamation of all remaining sections of the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Property Act.
The move will take effect from Wednesday April 26, 2023.
The update was revealed in a media release from the Corporate Communications Unit of the Office of the Attorney General and Ministry of Legal Affairs today.
Attorney General and Minister of Legal Affairs Reginald Armour said the move was agreed upon during today’s cabinet meeting.
