From 10:30 this morning, West Indies women cricketers will start play in the T20 international against Pakistan in Karachi.

The regional team won the opening match by on run.

This gave them a 1-0 lead in the five match series.

They dominated their opponents in the 50 overs tournament taking a 3-0 series win.

West Indies A team rebounded from their opening defeat on Saturday to Nepal to win the second T20 international by 10 runs Sunday at Kirtipu.

Defending 160 runs, in which Andre Flectcher, top scored with 43 runs, the Caribbean side limited Nepal to 150 all out.

Spinner, Gukadesh Motie, who made 33 not out when the Windies batted first returned with the ball to take two wickets for 22 runs.

LeBron James scored 30 points to guide Los Angeles Lakers to a 119-108 win against defending NBA Champions Denver Nuggets in their Western Conference first-round play-off.

The series is now 3-1 in favor of the Nuggets.

The Celtics lead the series 2-1.

The Orlando Magic defeated the Cleveland Cavaliers 112-89 to level their play-off at 2-2, while the Oklahoma City Thunder took a 3-0 lead with a 106-85 victory over the New Orleans Pelicans.

Rafael Nadal reached the third round at the Madrid Open with a 7-6 (8-6) 6-3 win against Australian Alex de Minaur.

The Spaniard, 37, got  revenge on the same  opponent who knocked him out of the Barcelona Open recently.

Nadal will play against Pedro Cachin next after the Argentine defeated American 20th seed Frances Tiafoe 7-6 (7-1) 3-6 6-4.
