Police detectives are continuing investigations into an alleged drive-by shooting along Wrightson Road in Port-of-Spain on Tuesday, which left a bystander injured.
Police report that around noon yesterday, a blue Hyundai vehicle was riddled with bullets, while headed along the eastbound lane in the vicinity of Colville Street.
Several cars were also damaged during the incident.
An unidentified man, who was a bystander, sustained a minor injury in the gun attack.
The victim was taken to the Port-of-Spain General Hospital for medical treatment.
Officers are working on the theory that the target may have been a suspected gang member.
