MP Lackram Bodoe: What Happens To Covid19 Facilities Now?

The government is being urged to act on the sixteen recommendations which were submitted by the committee which was appointed to review the state’s response to the Covid-19 pandemic.

It’s an appeal put forward by Opposition Member of Parliament for Fyzabad, Dr Lackram Bodoe.

Dr Bodoe said the report put forward by the committee is very useful and there is need for proper follow through on the proposals given which can help improve health care in Trinidad and Tobago.

Dr Bodoe said the report brought to the forefront matters relating to the treatment of nurses and doctors during the challenging Covid-19 period.

The Fyzabad MP also wanted to know what will be the future of facilities used to house Covid-19 patients, which he claimed are being decommissioned.
