251 new COVID-19 cases now takes the positive active toll to 28,917 with 311 in hospital, 95 in step-down facilities, 141 in state quarantine and 5,123 in self-isolation.
The current death toll as at Friday July 16 is 982 inclusive of the 13 additional new Covid related deaths recorded today.
The persons were 6 elderly male, 5 elderly females and 1 middle-aged male with co-morbidities, as well as 1 middle-aged male without co-morbidities.
